Why don't I see all the fields in my form?

The profile fields (such as name, e-mail address, gender) can sometimes be extracted automatically from Facebook. Those fields are not shown, so that participants have to fill in as little as possible. This way we keep the threshold as low as possible.
In a contest, there are 2 steps in the participation form. First you have to enter the personal data fields. In the second step you can enter your contest entry.
